Well ,,, I look at this way. I did not have to place myself in this scenario and gone on doing whatever. I could have sat here and not care about what happens to the shareholders, I could have just let the speculation run rapid, Opinions this opinions that.
I step up to basically inform people of the following:
1.) Arcon was rescinded because of the information supplied at the time of merger was incorrect
2.) John Spriggs for whatever reason resigned as did Mr. Clark both of which were Arcon board members who came with Arcon and apparently left with Arcon.
3.) The President is Mark Pierce who is in that position to go after what was taken by Dan Fisher
4.) MIDL is negotiating other deals to bring assets and shareholder value to the shareholders of MIDL.
5.) Basically MIDL is an empty shell
6.) The SEC filings are getting caught up on
7.) The CUSIP number when they get it they will submit the paperwork to NAZ on the split.
8.) The warrants are at .50 until the year 2001 or the other conditions of the warrants are met.
9.) MIDL has no product, no industry, not revenues, no assets, no company just a stock structure and two board members.
10.) MIDL has taken on a Missouri Attitude of "Show Me!"
Now that is basically it. I am not telling anyone to buy to sell or anything else. I just go over the news release and at least be a voice that you can talk to. I will take the beating and if I have place myself in n harm's way then that is fine with me. I have been told I will probably end up being sued. Well, I am right here in Atlanta and my phone number is know to the world. I am not getting paid but offering myself up for the verbal slaughter.
I do not have inside information but I do have knowledge of this stock since I have lived and researched it for almost a year. I have tons of DD on it and so forth. So I feel responsible to throw myself in the pit to help shareholders have someone they could vent on.
Now as soon as MIDL can conclude one of the deals they are working to get a company in this shell I am not going to be the IR or anything except a private investor. Everyone then can start doing their DD on the new company which is exactly what I am going to do.
If I have misrepresented anything then I will nailed either by the MIDL or the FBI or by the SEC. However whether I stepped into a can of worms or not I would still be in the can of worms because I have been a loud voice in this stock. Some have taken my posts an place far greater emphasis than they should. Others have verified what I posted. The people that verified and invested on their DD are not upset at me only those that did not take the time to verify anything.
So what difference does it make really. My trading logs I cannot hide nor anything and I have posted and e-mailed everything I know to be true. I have an opinion and maybe I can't give that opinion now but I will anyway as a private investor. Investor relations are people who are there to talk for the company. I am not cold calling, nor promoting this stock only keeping the facts straight.
Now if this makes me liable then so be it and I am a grown man and willing to stand by my posts, e-mail, and opinions, I have who told me what and so forth. Now I do not know anybody else that would have done this but in life some people do feel a responsible to the shareholders and instead of misrepresenting themselves, resigning or what not in the best interest of the shareholders I have taken up the slack so shareholders could at have a small voice and someone to vent on. Proof is in a man actions not in his words.
I am not trying to get a following of sheep for an e-mail or fight for credibility or be some egotistical Guru because I do not care. Every enemy I have is slamming me, day traders immediately came over and slam the stock down throwing salt on the wounds of everyone. Everyone was patting me on the back for this stock and I told them then it is not just me but a team of investors that have assisted in the research of this stock. No one person is ever responsible for the success or failure of a stock.
Blame me, slam me, report me, do whatever you have to do for I have been here and I will be here because I am a largely invested shareholder. Hopefully I can go back to being that one again soon and let this stock do its thing.
