I have said time and again don't believe me, do your own homework. The documents don't lie and I didn't create them the company did. FYI this is not a Biotech nor should it be classified as a Biotech. And biotechs work toward "proprietary products" they are R&D companies all looking for the magic pill. Biotechnology is an industry and the failure rate is in excess of 90%, hmmm great odds. You talk about Netscape. Lets see they had a monopoly, then along came Microsoft Explorer. You may have forgotten by the way Netscapes predecessors who have all disappeared. DGIV has nothing proprietary, nor are they finding a cure for cancer, nor do they have the resources to implement anything. By the way I went to Wharton. That and $1.50 will get you on the subway in New York City. As far as the financial statements get a copy and show them to a professional that is SEC "pier reviewed"
