What to do? A fool and his money are soon parted. Still, I have contacts with people close to this situation as well, and know that Microsoft has a keen interest in this companies technology. I may even be a buy out candidate in the short term (6 mnths - 1 year). Two scenario's at the opposite end of the spectrum. But I sincerely believe your warnings should be taken under advisement. I don't dispute your assessment of the people involved, or some of them. GM
