It means that they predict that IBM will not grow at 14% or better for the year.... grow at 13.999% and it's off the Global list, grow at 14.00001% and it's on the Global list.... duh! But it is going to hit the share price today. They want to pick a bunch of cheap shares to sell next month when they upgrade it again.... JMHO Ben A.
