I have an answer to all our problems. I should have thought of this sooner. What Vivus should do right now if they care at all about the shareholders is issue a 10 for 1 reverse split. This would drop the float to about 2 million shares and marginability would not be an issue. With a 2 million float a short squeeze would be imminent as this would become another KTEL. Right now we have to fight back and it seems a reverse split would be the only answer. Just think how many people would love to jump on board if our float was only 2 million. It seems like the most logical thing to do right now.
