Well we all have invested on the company (Arcon's information) we tried to verify all we could and that is it. MIDL is going after Arcon and Dan to get back all that was taken. I do not know that we need to do anything since the company is doing all that already. Just remeber before you start a class action you better hope that the person or persons or corporation has something upon which you can get that profitable. As offensive and obnocious a town wino is what good is it to sued him. He has nothing. Dan Fisher has nothing since everything is locked up hopefully by MIDL and he is in the Bahamas. Arcon has nothing John told me $1600 in assets well I don;t think that will cover a day of legal fees or may just initial office visit and consultation. If we do a class action then we will have to set in line it appears. Plus if we can't get anything who is going to pay the attorney fees. What is the out come or what could the outcome be ... GB
