Looking in the wrong direction.

1. You verified their accountants. Don't verify the accountants verify the data on the financial statement.

2. You spoke to the German "contact" on the press release. Don't talk to him get a contact at UBS and the German Governement and verify it with them.

3. The distributors in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Canada, that owe millions of dollars. The company has booked these as good monies. Ask who the distributors are and check there financial capacity. You could sign a $100 million dollar deal with me, if you don't have the capacity to pay for it then it is useless.

4. A 10SB was filed 2 years ago and never responded to, find out why.

5. Ask how they can get on Nasdaq if they aren't fully reporting.

6. If they have filed a new 10SB why hasn't it appeared on EDGAR.

7. Ask the company for copies of the 504 placement that they "allegedly" completed last year.

8. Ask them where is the $650,000 that they raised from the 504 since it does not appear on their financial statement.

9. Find out what the terms and the prices of the 504 were.

10. Ask for copies of the Form D filings on the 504.

11. Then if you are satisfied with those answers get some of the following. If you have nothing proprietary (which they don't) how are they going to compete against the big boys. I hope we are not forgetting that they want to compete in global telecommunications against AT&T, Sprint, etc. Tall order I think.

When you get the answers to these I can give you another 50 questions to ask which I am sure you won't like the answers. Most important ask for copies of documents to support their contentions. If they are a public company and have nothing to hide they should be forthcoming.
