IMPORTANT Jack Arnold has clarified his previous statement: _____________________________________________________________________ Att: CVIA Shareholders Oklahoma law allows a corporation to collect attorney's fees and costs incurred if forced to defend a temporary restraining order which is ultimately vacated. The temporary restraining order filed by Keith Anderson, et al has been vacated by the court and therefore falls under this provision of Oklahoma law. Corporate Vision is not threatening a lawsuit against its shareholders. Recovery of attorney's fees and costs would only be sought from the plaintiffs who filed for the temporary restraining order.
