Bebe it may be good for a few points but the semi equipment biz is not the hot sector. So if you bought a token position fine. I noticed while holding this stock that it really hasn't been making money while its bigger and stronger direct competitor, KLAC, has been able to make profit in the recent good times. EGLS is basically a one-product company I think KLAC has more variety. Greg
