Tim, I agree with your thoughts on ABTX. In my view, one of the biggest questions is, if management be as effective in the role as operator as they have been acquirers. Looking at the resumes of top management, it is difficult to tell if they have had previous success as operators. Any thoughts on this? I also think that a move to NMS would be positive. Any idea on where this stands. Todd
