OK Guys, I have been quiet for some time, but it is time to run my big mouth again. Back when APCO was six bucks, I said if you buy it you will end up looking like a genius. That turned out to be true. It is that time again, the recent behavior is mostly based on very low volume, no announcements and the general weakness in the overall market. Today it is down hard with a much large volume, that tends to make me think this is at or very near the bottom. So, here I go again.
