Looks like their getting nervous about their stock price. There has been no movement yet (as of 10:45 am), so maybe folks are getting wise to them and they will really have to do the study.

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Biocontrol Technology Inc announced today that it is continuing communication with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to finalize an understanding between the FDA and the Company to do an in-home study on the Diasensor 1000(TM) noninvasive glucose sensor for diabetics.

Chief Executive Officer Fred E. Cooper stated, "Once the details are worked out, the Company will commence the study. Although there are no guarantees, it is our hope that this study can be done in a timely fashion."

Biocontrol is continuing with its ongoing 510(k) submission process. Once the study has been completed, the Company will resubmit the 510(k) for approval to market the Diasensor 1000 in the United States.
