A minor correction: If you "do nothing" you are part of the class action and are bound by the result. You do have the choice of "opting-out" aftre you recieve the class notice, in which case you are free to pursue your own devices.

A note to some other posts: Milberg is not fishing for plaintiffs. They could not have filed the suit without a client who bought stock during the proposed class period. The notice they published is now mandated by a federal law drafted by Silicon Valley. Milberg is simply doing what high-tech firms and a Republican Congress told them to do.
