Richard CVIA did another $1,000,000 Reg S on April 21, but Jack has said so many different things about this no one is really for sure... the SEC paper work was filed on 5/8, I guess this is a question you need to ask Jack. I think the reason you are seeing the price decline is because of this Reg S the MMs know its ready to be sold so they are not interested in buying CVIA shares... doesnt look like very many people are interested in buying it. Jack will probably try to blame us for this, but remember he is the one that did this Reg S offering and filed the papers, not the share holders... so this stock price is his own doings. KAA
