Bosco: We can discuss NT and its history forever. The sad facts are that todate despite a 25% decline in the original valuation we have
no rival cash bid from anyone else. I believe this is the most important factor that is driving down the price.

So the logical conclusion must be both NT and BAY are perceived to be members of the Mutual Fat club that deserve to be trimmed.
