I disagree, CF does not need to be more vocal. This issue comes back to Bank Branding, a very, very important issue for banks. Banks are only willing to sign deals with CF, if CF stays behind the scenes. Like Kurt said, CF is not having trouble selling their services to banks, they have more customers than they can take on. And going by the AT&T agreement, you should be assured that CF is doing well with billers also, or at least in my opinion. CF has the banks, and will soon have the billers, all they need to do is execute.
I think CF goes to great efforts to explain how their model works, compared to MSFDC and others. There will always be some writers who don't understand the industry, but will write about it anyway.
