To All, I have set up the Virtual Metastock files with a list of about 100 stocks to see how much disk space I would save compared to the same list of stocks in an automatically updated metastock file. In the virtual file each stock has a 64k size, and the whole file of 100 stocks takes up about 5 meg(compared to 1 meg for the regular metastock format). I am looking at file size with windows explorer. Any ideas why my system uses so much space for the virtual files? Does it have to do with my original win95 version? Thanks Tom
