GY,

I have made two additional purchases within the last week or so and was also buying yesterday. Interesting observation you denote. At this stage in the game there are some that own @ substantially lower levels from holding previous shares of the "old tele-communication company". Also as your previous comments allude... if there is truly a lack of shares outstanding Market Makers will attempt to sell and cover by lowering the bid at some point won't they??

<Al Gore's name was mentioned in my conversation last week with Mr. Brehm.>

Mr. Gore's work in environmental and Internet related concerns is refreshing relief from an otherwise sexually oriented news White House.

I am flattered that you deemed my posts worthy of viewing by BUGS management. Obviously one cannot be expected to know all matters related to current events in ones sector and the fast-track I quoted in yesterdays posts are extremely relevant to U.S. Microbics. I consider myself a decent researcher and will continue to post pertinent info on this board when I discover it. Please leave me know if Mr. Brehm found that particular tid-bit of information useful.

Down side ownership in this Company would be having any insiders selling their shares before the stock could reach a level of maturation. Also insufficient funding for capital equipment purchases are also a threat to any small start up. The upside here is that U.S. Microbics has an industry accepted application and as such is not an R&D developmental company that must be fueled by massive amounts of cash quarterly. Also BUGS has an endless customer base if they can prove cost effectiveness in using BUGS products. Sales, sales, sales and marketing will be critical to ensuring a continued positive revenue stream. There is no shortage of competing environmental waste participants. Some with a critical mass that no doubt exceed BUGS. BUGS must sell product/services until marginal revenues equal marginal cost.

If they concentrate on sales, keep customers happy, keep shareholders in the loop, tie in with the White House initiatives, keep their nose clean, get the word out to the investment community, don't let greed cloud their vision.... then we should all do well. We know what the other side of the coin could be.
