Just a quickie ... a while ago someone asked me to review the site due to my background. At that time I stated that what the site needs is a telephone back-up system whereby anyone using the on-line service, can concurrently phone-in and get guidance ... not just of the system, but of the import/export process, the financing contacts etc. This immediately increases overheads to a massive degree, but without it, this wonderful concept will probably never take-off. Once a new customer has established one importer/exporter relationship, he may well try to establish another one without help ... but the comfort factor is far greater for a customer to get free guidance from his bank, than independently try and go it alone through an internet medium. There has to be a helping hand available. The credibility will, I feel, only be built by personal contact. JMHO .... Good luck all Stephen
