If you review the latest 10Q (filed 8/14 on the SEC EDGAR web site) you will see they started the second quarter with $4.65 Million in Cash and ended the quarter with $0.90 Million in cash. This was because of payment of $1.6 M to finish the Optigraphics acquisition and a huge increase in accounts receivables, often a sign that contracts are proceeding slowly and customers aren't paying. At this rate they will need to either bring the receivables down dramatically or get additional financing either through debt or equity offerings.
