OK I have just got a conference call as a PRIVATE INVESTOR and a major holder of stock. The confernece call was with an attorney, StocktoWatch (Steven King) and I. We are discussing the potential for a civil action suit against Dan Fisher, Arconenergy and affiliates for the following: 1.) Stock Fraud 2.) Rights to any process of DF-144 or by product there of StocktoWatch is taking an aggressive approach to this matter as I am also.
