I have know idea.. Volume has been fairly low on this recent decline from 37-38.. 2nd qtr earnings will be out in one month.. Market has had a sell off, maybe this could explain some of the dip.. Also the three most recent estimates for jul 15(2nd qtr earnings) are below the orginal estimates. Short term if NCR hits its 2nd qtr number, stock will react positive.. Its almost as if the market has priced in NCR missing its 2nd qtr estimates.. Oh well, long term NCR is a great value at 31.. only 100,000 shares outstanding.. (minus the buyback)..
market cap of 3 billion ,.. Revenues of over 6 billion.. Its not very often you can buy a company for 3 billion that has revenues over 6 billion( not to mention no long term debt.)
