Mark,

I think I have posted too much on this subject already and Richard's eyes glazed over two posts ago.

Suffice it to say, I have dealt with consultants and big companies. I have seen Westinghouse get sucked into a coal mining swindle in Colorado. They actually send out a rep from the home office for community meetings. They really ended up with egg on their face when the swindler went to jail.

I have also seen consultants sit there and tell the VP with a straight face exactly what he wanted to hear, even though they knew if was wrong. When I tried to point this out guess who was not invited to anymore meetings with the consultant.

One more time, based on my experience with companies and consultants, I won't feel comfortable about COC until I read the contracts.

My thanks to others on this thread for their indulgence in this matter.

Maxam is having a mini rally today so hopefully Richard won't notice Naxos thread. VBG
