Just got off the phone with BDO Siedman.. They did confirm they are the current auditors of EDII. They also stated they could not release any details of any audit, that would have to come directly from the company. The auditors name is Charles Dewhurst. I did ask when the last audit was performed, and if there were "going concern" issues. Charles stated he could not comment on the going concern issue. He stated they performed the year end 1997 financials, and no quarterly update or interim financials have been completed. As to Kevin1 faxing the financials, don't hold your breath! jmt
