Paper Chinese wall and all <g> <..am wondering if the 400,000 shares held back were from star? (as opposed to founders tamir and paneth)..> Didn't hear who. Probably whichever of the inside sellers was lower on the totem pole (since they barely found enough interest in the shares they DID price) Good luck. Seems the market didn't care about the recent announcements, so don't know how long it holds in here, if other secondary buyers decide to exit.
