From his post, MONT is now projecting .41 for Q3 - that's 0.09 _below_ last quarter's earnings. Unbelievable! If that were to happen, management would be sued. At the shareholders meeting, management stated earning should grow 15-20% this quarter. MONT is basically saying that TDFX management has been criminally misleading investors. I think MONT is criminally manipulating the stock price.
