rumor has it that a big media conglomerate is eyeing INKT as a possible partner in the expanding portal buyout wars. I have heard that American Express and British Telecommunications (BTY)are the front runners and many are saying that the Disney buying spree has just begun. BTY is allegedly also interested in World Communications (WCII)as well and they appear to be the best fit for INKT. with INKT being the cheapest of the search engines in terms of market cap and INKT having the most potential for growth in terms of its technology and ability to adapt to market forces; such a merger seems likely by the early summer. INKT has the smallest float amongst all of the search engines and this creates added pressure in the case of a buyout. between rumors and market maker manipulation, as well as the 30 day no short rule, INKT can easily explode on low volume. furthermore, INKT had recently fallen back to the 36 level and it is reported that the MMS have cleared out most of the short term or daytraders (weak hands). those who are currently holding are a strong hand crowd (willing to hold), largely based of those who got it on the IPO. (note- if you got this thing on IPO then you must be a big time client because i have several diferent accounts and was told by all that the ipo was for clients with 1 million or more in their portfolio). big money clients do not need quick cash nor did they get to be rich by flipping a few ipos. these are the type of guys that buy DELL on ipo and hold it through the splits. the INKT run has just started. once the avg. daily volume picks up this thing will head uphill quickly. also you can expect fund managers and brokerage houses to be either adding this stock to their fund (lots of internet funds out there; just look at XCIT's performance over the past few months as they were being picked up by the funds) or to be issuing their rating/analysis very soon (usually 30 days is the norm for a new stock). INKT is very attractive in the 30s and should break this level and never look back. as in all investments, do your DD and you won't be surprised.
