I think so but that is in CNHH. I doubt this is going to be another SEXi since they are doing everything expediously that the SEC would be doing and heck ever heard of a shell with and on line investor as an IR voice. I haven't so why am I here I do ot but they tell me they are working on the situation and it is only 2 - 3 days old.

If they can close on a deal we will have assets and shareholder value. Until then we got a shell.
