WHAT A JOKE!!! During the investor conference call NIEMAN & company stated no reverse splits until stock hits $1.00 not 3cents. Reverse splits will kill you in the beginning BIG-TIME, maybe just maybe long term you may recoop. Look for the stock to hit 8 or 9 cents after the split then it will go to about 3-5 cents., Possibly ZERO if the financing does not come through. I'd dump now as I have this past week and invest in PRWT. To all with your CHEAP SHOTS, after reading this post, I hope I'm wrong for your sake but I am just going by DD and EXPERIENCE!!!!BEST REGARDS
