Options expire Saturday (the third Saturday of each month); triple witching occurs every 3 months, March, June, September and December, when stock options, index options and futures expire. Stocks tend to close at prices which minimize payout (pain), hence the figure of 85 for DELL's closing price tomorrow afternoon. Dell-icious
