Re: Didn't LU file a similar suit before, but against another company? About a year ago against Newbridge, also ATM suit. Newbridge said it is defending vigorously and claiming that the Lucent suit is without merit. I have not heard anything. There has not yet been an announcement of a resolution. Bill
