The secondary should go next week or the week after. Road show starts Friday(tomorrow). I don't think you will see any share price fall due to dilution. As a matter of fact, as Loral "pushes" its story in the road show, the price may rise. They are presenting a business plan that is significantly better than the previous story. This also presents Loral the first opportunity to speak freely since they went into a "quiet period".
