The advisory committee approved on June 2nd as stated 14-0,14-0,12-2.
The FDA , by law, had till June 9th to give full approval. No time since advisory so late. The FDA must
respond and there are no longer appproval and non approval responses. They responded with a few
administrated issues which both SRGN and Ligand all ready knew about. They will be able to respond back very quickly due to the nature of the
questions.
