Rosario, The timing of this action has to mean something. What's the most pressing issue with this company right now? FINANCING! A reverse split at a dollar would make sense, but why do it now? It can only be to meet the requirements of either a financing deal or a merger. These guys have to know the immediate results of a reverse merger with the investors so there would have to be a very pressing reason. By the way, you trashed the stock on your way out, and then again this morning on the news. No offense intended, but why do you continue posting here? I truly want to believe you are not the kind of guy to purposely try and damage AGTI or any of it's investors. Remember, most of us are involved in many of these small stocks (yes I do have quite a position in PRWT along with you) and we all will be communicating with each other on the threads. Why burn your bridges? Just a friendly reminder. Cheers, Randy
