JF, Doesn't the buying company usually go down --MU -Short ? TXN long? Only if they have to pay for it.<ggg> MU just got some more free businesses that they can sell at a profit to offset their memory losses.<vbg> ...you see Micron is in the Real Estate and Semi Company Brokerage business...they just buy and sell them at a profit while making memory chips for a writeoff:-) DavidG
