Hype warning on GARN: This is a company that lost about 4 million last quarter, that has 15 million in debt that will be bought out by another company that is losing money that will issue (dilute) their stock to pay off 15 million in debt? Now if they more than double their shares outstanding, that should cut the price/value of AVV by more than half. Sorry, but I just don't see it. By the way, all this info was already published. (other than it may be released tomorrow.) IMHO CJacks
