Dear Mr. Fehrenbacher,
The filter technology under development at Conductus is applicable to a variety of frequency bands (for example, the American Mobile Phone Service band around 850 MHz as well as the forthcoming PCS band near 1900 MHz). The filtering is performed before any digital protocol such as TDMA or CDMA is used and so is basically independent of the system. The system implementations are naturally somewhat different for AMPS, PCS, GSM, etc. but our technology has benefits and applicability for all wireless telephone systems.
