Read the agreement. Not only did they get the plant, they got an $800 mil loan. Now they can breathe easier. No more worries about being in violation of Bank agreements. no S&P downgardes of paper. Now it is TXN problem to make sure that MU stays alive since they have more of a vested interest in MU than anyone else. You know what they say. If you borrow a million $s its your problem. If you borrow a $100 mil its the lenders problem.
