That's tough to do since they each have segments where they're better than others.

Here are the rankings as I sees 'em...

Enterprise
1. CSCO (Routers, Catalyst switches etc.)
2. BAYTEL (Accelar, shared media, mid tier routers)
3. LU (Prominet, and nothing since they resell/sold BAY)

ISP
1. CSCO (Routers/Packet over SONET and stratocom)
2. ASND (Cascade switches ASND remote access)
3. BAYTEL (Bay has some decent Remote access, but not much ISP core gear anymore) Not sure about NT
4. LU (They're working on some stuff Wavestar, MX-1000 etc.)

Carrier (Voice) Bear in mind both companies are extremely North America-centric. Outside the US things are different.

1. LU
2. BAYTEL
3. CSCO N/A (for now)

So now LU has an interesting decision to make, do they want to make a run at the ISP space by acquiring ASND or do they want to make a run at the enterprise by acquiring FORE?

Who knows, this is just one mans opinion.
