tippet, i'm amazed how dumb people are. if this "purchase" is true. the $800 million in debt assumption is a good thing for mu. but hey, i always assumed they just never paid it ;-) is this a purchase, a joint venture or both? psssst, i bet they us mu's accounts. won't matter ;-) btw, mu essentially just issued shares to txn to pay down their debt, if true. why? they have so MUCH cash. NOT! ;-)
