Ratan, I don't know about you guys buy I think this is very positive for MU and would not be surprised of a nice move up. The whisper numbers were a lot higher than $.50 more like $.75 to $1.00. MU's takeover of TXN plant for assumption of debt may not be bad, will have to wait for more details. DavidG
