BK,no I've been out of KRHC for quite awhile(about 1/2 pt. ago). But have continued to follow the Yahoo thread,and occasionally post. I'm glad they went ahead and bit the bullet,before any NASD action was taken-it looks better from a IR standpoint. As for the 1.5M received earlier this week(private placement),without further info (I'll check for a filing/or would expect one) I really can't voice an opinion. If it is convertible on a post split basis,it could be rather dilutive,but again, I don't know the particulars. A call to the transfer agent,tomorrow would yield the new outstanding number..DD
