Your points make sense. I thought the same thing about the bottom of 41 being a crtitical point. I never thought about the gaps needing to be filled (which were this morning), so thanks alot for that explanation. It looks good so far for at least a short term comeback next week, if a possible dump at the end of today isn't dramatic. I meant to day trade on it yesterday, but couldn't make any money on a buy at 45.5. The spread between bid and ask, and the narrow trading range relative to what it was last week, makes that difficult. So do I hang on and hold out for a decent return in a few weeks? What concerns me most, is the ramifications of that law suit deal--because even to "rigorously defend" themselves, the company has to spend money on lawyers fees.

I also have seen these kinds of situations turn out to be overhyped propaganda to drive the price down for some short-sellers or "wanna be" long-termers who want bargain basement prices on stocks that can skyrocket shoud the momentum shift from the DOW to the NASDAQ, as may have already begun. The next month of trading ought be very interesting! I hope I don't lose my shirt! GOOD LUCK! I do like this company. marie.
