I went back and looked up Edgar. There is a S-8 that indicates they granted stock options to a consultant. Not so bad until you realize they granted options for as much stock is already outstanding! 50% dilution without an acquisition! Mind boggling. These options had to be exercised by Halloween, so maybe they weren't worth enough to bother with, but that was just too stupid for me to deal with...
