Thanks for your private e-mail. Have had a conversation with the Ten Sleep people who are looking for someone else to bottle their water since RMIL has not met the terms of their deal. Also talked to Roland Benton at the company that was trying to take over Rocky Mountain - He said they were in bankruptcy but trying to raise $5million to acquire the water rights at Ten Sleep, but hasn't seen any money yet. He mentioned that they are two 10 Qs behind in filing, and that once these are up to date, they will refile their 15c-211 to restart trading. (Takes time) He said he has talked to Mike Puhr who told him that yes they have filed chapter 11 bankruptcy, and that they're trying to get a 120 day extension on the Ten Sleep contract/ probably won't happen per the City Council and property owner at Ten Sleep since they are delinquent on the contract. The chapter 11 court date is July 2. Just reporting on these conversations ... Ten Sleep looks quite interesting. Hmmm.
