(TMM) announced today that they have received a final order closing the Company s successful Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings. Wednesday s Final Decree means that the Company has paid or settled all claims from its 1994 bankruptcy proceedings and complied with the court approved reorganization plan. Company President Mike Fernandez stated: "The action by the Bankruptcy Court granting TMM a final order is the end of a long process for our company and a first step in our reorganization.
