TOm, I still need a little clarification on the post production center that is "owned" by ECC. "ECC owns a state-of-the-art multimedia production studio with conferencing capabilities and distance-learning classrooms." Do they own it alone, free and clear? or are there partners and/or co-owners that have a piece of it? I am trying to find out if there is a difference between "controling it", having "access" to it, and actually "owning" it and it's value. How did they get ATT, Lucent Ecostar, US WEST, U.C. and others to build a center that ECC would own? Thanks in advance, carol
