John, Sorry if I offended you and I am not trying to keep you from posting. BUT, negative terms are often thrown around without an understanding of their definition or negative impact.

I am only asking for a simple definition from you. If you "know what it means" then explain. (i.e. dilution)

We don't know the details on how many additional shares will be issued or why but the company is gaining tremendous value for all current shareholders by obtaining the financing and purchasing the other companies.

DILUTION implies that shares are issued (as often they are) while adding no value to the company. I have seen this happen and it does worry me also but simply calling it dilution is NOT correct, IMHO.

By the way, IR firms have largely been kept in the dark until the deals close. They are frustrated but aren't a very good source of information. The IR firms will be used by MISM to promote the company AFTER the financing is obtained and the deals are close.

later and very long on MISM, leroyt
