Following is copied from a Lurker, so please whoever speaks to the co. next ask/raise these questions/issues. Thanks, Mark Thanks for taking the time. I bought gnnx about 5 days before the audited financials came out. When I saw them, I shuddered. No accountant's report, format was 60's style, and notes were worst I've seen (see significant accounting principles). Emailed the Company and asked for copy of report from accountant (twice) and have not received it. It MUST be reported everytime with financials. News release about acquisition of SRI says Chairman "assigns" his stock for purchase plus note. Is he giving his stock to seller, or pledging his stock? Again wrote Company twice and no reply. BTW, I am a CPA (now semi retired) and an investor and gambler (synomous?). It is things like no response to ligitimate questions that scares me....are they trying to hide info? May join SI in order to respond there, but just haven't seen the purpose. Maybe this is it! Again, thanks for time and I too hope GNNX takes off. Tom
