CAROL,

ECC HAS CONTROL OF THE CENTER. WE USE IT AS IF WE OWNED IT
BUT HAVE NO LIABILITES. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. AS WE
PRODUCE THERE STUDENTS AT CU WILL GET OJT AND CLASS CRDITS
AND WE GET FIRST SHOT AT THE GOOD ONES. IT LOOKS LIKE WE
MAY OF LOCKED UP THE CENTER WITH THE CONVERSATION I JUST HAD.
I WILL HAVE A RELEASE AFTER I RETURN FROM DENVER NEXT WEEK.
IF THING KEEP GOING THE WAY THEY ARE I MIGHT HAVE TO BUILD
ANOTHER CENTER, AND THAT WOULD BE NICE.
